For all the domestic shipment except for Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska, we use UPS Ground service. We don¡¯t offer the option of expedited shipping services including next day air or second day. However we try to deliver customer¡¯s orders as soon as possible by expanding the number of our domestic distribution centers.

The tracking numbers for each days shipped orders are automatically emailed to our ordering customers. A UPS InfoNotice can be left on your door to let you know that a package delivery or pickup was attempted. Your UPS InfoNotice contains information to help you complete the delivery or pickup.

* If the UPS driver was able to leave your package at an alternate location, your UPS InfoNotice indicates where the package was left (for example, your garage or back porch).
* If a package pickup was attempted and you were not available, your UPS InfoNotice indicates the next pickup date and time.

The Return Shipping Cost for Defective Units.

Starnexshop does not pay the return shipping cost for defective units. However, if you pay to send the item back to us, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge.

Deliver to P.O. Boxes

Starnexshop.com does not ship to standard P.O. Boxes. However, Starnexshop.com can ship to residential P.O. Boxes in rural areas.

International shipment

For overseas delivery our freight charges are based on United States Postal Service in order to reduce the burden of overseas customers. However the shipment will be, if available, through Express service to reduce the delivery time.
